BEFORE MAKING A BOOKING PLEASE ENSURE THAT YOU READ AND UNDERSTAND THESE POLICIES

 

Reschedule | Cancellation | No Show

A 50% non-refundable booking deposit is required to book your timeslot, if you are not able to confirm your booking immediately, your booking is reserved for 24 hours before it will be made available to someone else.

Your booking will NOT be confirmed without Deposit / booking fee.

​

As a courtesy, appointment reminders will be sent out via email or text in advance.

​

If you do not show up, reschedule or cancel with in 24 hrs of your scheduled appointment time you will be charged your deposit fee which will be 50%.

​

This is to protect your time that is set aside especially for you, as well as to protect our time which books up quickly. In turn, i promise to keep appointments on time, give you my full and undivided attention and of course, the best work I have to offer !

Lash Fills

Everyone has a unique lash cycle which is why fills are needed every 2-3 week.

​

In order for it to be considered a fill you must have 40% of lashes intact to be a fill. If you come into your appointment with less than 40% a full set may be required.

 

If you arrive with no extensions remaining please understand that I can only do what is possible in the time allowed. If you wish to be fuller we can schedule a touchup as soon as possible.

 

IF YOU CURRENTLY have eyelash extensions on FROM ANOTHER LASH ARTIST, you need to book a removal and new set.

Don't be late

Please aim to arrive 5-10 minutes before your scheduled appointment. Parking, and settling in takes a bit of time. Come in with clean lashes !! If you arrive after your scheduled time, it may not be possible to extend the time available for your booked service.

Please make sure to use the restroom before your appointment.

After Hours

Life happens, if you by any chance need to come before/after hours I would be completely ok with trying to accommodate you at an extra R80 charge to your service.

Health & Safety

I am frequently asked what products I use for lashes. If you’re asking what brand I use in order to avoid an allergic reaction, products are not the case.

​

I use faux mink " vegan " lash extensions & the kind of adhesive indicated for use of semi-permanent lash extension application is a type of adhesive called a cyanoacrylate.

​

Some people can develop an allergic reaction to the adhesive. It usually presents after 3-4 exposures to the adhesive. For those who are allergic, the morning after their service the lids of the eyes will be puffy. This condition cannot be avoided by changing brands of adhesive. It will occur every time lashes are applied to an allergic person using the cyanoacrylate.

​

There is relief and clients can continue to enjoy extensions with the allergy, but it will require a visit to a knowing ophthalmologist familiar with working with extensions in order to obtain a prescription cream that will prevent the inflammation from occurring when lashes are reapplied.

​

Guests

Due to liability concerns and the nature of my services I unfortunately do not allow guests  or children into the suite during a service. Please arrange for appropriate childcare.

​

Refunds

You are paying for an artist time, product & other expenses used to provide you with a service. If you have any concerns with the service you received please notify me immediately to have your problem rectified.

​

We do not offer any refunds on services.

​
